We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Fitness Concierge

Courtside Fitness is looking for Fitness Concierge candidates who will be a smiling face and have a warm, helpful personality. This position is perhaps the most important component of our “first contact” member service efforts. You will be responsible for greeting all members and visitors when they arrive, assist our members with gym membership issues, and help to maintain a high customer retention level. You will also be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customer base and addressing customer issues and concerns with the company, and also be involved in membership sales. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our fitness services, proficiency at trouble shooting, and know when issues need to be escalated to the management staff for resolution.

Certified Personal Trainer

Our fitness facility seeks Personal Trainers, preferably NASM certified. We’re looking for a motivated individual who want to work in the highly energized environment of a newly established fitness facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with personal or group fitness training, and will also desire to help mold and shape facility processes for memorable client experiences.

Masseuse

We’re looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping others feel and perform their best. Ideal candidates will have experience in areas like sports massage, deep tissue therapy, and assisted stretching, with a strong understanding of movement and recovery. A commitment to ongoing learning, professionalism, and improving quality of life for clients is essential.

Child Care Associates

Our child care facility is looking for a caring, compassionate Child Care Associates who have experience caring for children ages 2 to 13 years. We are committed to providing top quality care for children of our gym members. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility through physical fitness activities, supplementary education, and fun experiences.

Group Fitness Instructors
