Meet Our Masseuse Katie

I am a wife and mother of three wonderful children with a lifelong passion for sports and wellness. I grew up playing softball, basketball, and track before becoming a collegiate volleyball player—a sport that has been a major part of my life for over 20 years. In 2011, I discovered CrossFit, first as an athlete and later as a trainer. My dedication to helping others has always guided me toward health and wellness.

Throughout my career, I have worked alongside chiropractors, gaining experience in E-stim, rehabilitation exercises, and more. In 2022, I became a certified Flexologist with StretchLab, deepening my understanding of movement and recovery. Seeking even greater expertise, I attended the Texas School of Massage in 2024 to earn my Massage Therapy License. I now hold certifications in Assisted Stretching, Foam Rolling, Sports Massage, Fascial Lines, and Deep Tissue Therapy.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am committed to continuous learning and growth to better serve my community. I believe in enhancing the quality of life—no one should have to live in constant pain. My goal is to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, one healing touch at a time.
